The southernmost portion of the Riverside South site — Riverside Center — has been planned to anchor and enhance the neighborhood with distinctive architecture, dynamic open space, retail and restaurants. Pritzker Prize winning architect, Christian de Portzamparc, and noted landscape architect, Matthew Nielsen, are poised to create a unique environment that draws on the tradition of the land’s historic past while heralding a new future for the waterfront.
